First Contact Admin, Belux People Services - 6 month Secondment

You will be the first point of contact for the resolution of all employee requests using scripts, knowledge platform (Genie) and frequently asked questions in line with People Services service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use a professional and customer focused approach to handle all requests, logging through ServiceNow and update system, as required.
  • Assign requests to the correct appropriate team for resolution if unable to resolve at source.
  • Gain specialist input to be able to resolve requests that are more complicated and escalate to the correct business area as appropriate. 
  • Carry out administrative duties within agreed service level agreements around speed, accuracy and quality
  • Ensure full compliance with general data protection regulations in all areas of work
  • Actively contribute to process improvement suggestions for the wider people services team
  • Ensure processes are accurate and kept up to date relating to desktop procedures and the knowledge articles on Genie.
  • Support in projects as required

Functional technical skills required

  • Fluent in French & Dutch to support Belgian market
  • Efficient operations
  • HR Customer service Experience driven
  • Ethically & Compliance Dedicated
  • Digital mind set
