To lead the BU financial planning cycles, guide strategic decision-making and to provide senior Management with the financial insights and knowledge to shape and steer the execution of the business strategy in order to drive long-term profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
> Coordinate and Manage the BU Long Range Plan and Annual Business Plan Processes: Own the BU P&L and provide senior finance management and local senior management with insights and knowledge to shape the business strategy.
> Coordinate and consolidate the BU Forecasting Process / P&L statement up to Operating Income, and come with actionable insights to steer the execution of the business strategy.
> Coordinate and consolidate the BU Working Capital forecast, pro-actively communicating any business risks and opportunities on the delivery of the Free Cash Flow target.
> Drive transversal projects focusing on process efficiency across all Finance teams (local and group incl. Shared Service center & Center of Expertise), on financial forecast accuracy and on margin improvements.
> Effectively and efficiently perform finance activities, ensuring that accounting processes and relationships with all relevant stakeholders work effectively (Shared Service Center, Center of Expertise, Group Finance).
> Responsible for corporate financial governance, proactively manage risk, controls and compliance (Risk, Control & Compliance, Corporate Controlling, Audit).

Finance – VP BU Finance, Group Finance teams, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance; Shared Services; Financial Planning & Analysis; Centre of Expertise.
Senior Stakeholders across the BU – BU GM, Sales VP, Supply Chain VP
Experience preferred
Post qualified experience in finance e.g. external audit.
Comparable business partnering role experience
