Senior Manager, Change Management 18 Month Fixed Term Contract, All CCEP Locations
What you become part of:
Customer Demand Supply Planning is a cross-functional initiative, spanning Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain that will transform our Demand & Supply planning model.
The role of change management in this transformational program is to drive, enable and embed these changes into the organisation as new ways of working in CCEP.
As a member of the Change Management team, you will develop and implement initiatives and activate enablers to stimulate awareness and engagement, drive alignment and adherence to the change management plan.
We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, must be hands-on, with strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally, with stakeholders at all levels. This position will support the developing, planning, execution and management of central change management plan and Local BU intervention plan.
