Senior Manager,  Change Management 18 Month Fixed Term Contract,  All CCEP Locations


What you become part of:

Customer Demand Supply Planning is a cross-functional initiative, spanning Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain that will  transform our Demand & Supply planning model.

The role of change management in this transformational program is to drive, enable and embed these changes into the organisation as new ways of working in CCEP.

As a member of the Change Management team, you will develop and implement initiatives and activate enablers to stimulate awareness and engagement, drive alignment and adherence to the change management plan.

We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, must be hands-on, with strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally, with stakeholders at all levels. This position will support the developing, planning, execution and management of central change management plan and Local BU intervention plan.

What to expect:

  • Support the business and the change management lead in execution of the change management strategy and plan
  • Support the implementation journey for the Change management strategy rollout across all BU, starting with Iberia, optimizing based on feedback.
  • Support project in development of tailored communications
  • Support change readiness, change impacts, stakeholder management, leadership action plans and change deliverables
  • Partner closely with program managers and change agents, and collaborators such as Deloitte, central and Local SME, L&D,  People & Culture, and local project teams to execute change management tactics.
  • Support the STAR Ambassadors and help leaders share the big picture with stakeholders through compelling information and personal narrative
  • Drive, develop and execute the communications plan, 2-way feedback mechanism, measure communication effectiveness
  • Engage and manage the Change Agent network and support the implementation of change and learning activities at sites
  • Helps training needs, curriculum information, course outline and training schedules. Championing the end user experience.
  • Coordinate end-user training material development, review and materials storage. Incorporate L&D standards (e.g. LMS)
  • Collaborate with the workstreams on role-mapping process
  • Support project teams in addressing project team effectiveness

Skills & Essentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Communication, Business Administration or Supply Chain, Economics or Finance
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Understanding of CCEP’s culture and communication approaches
  • Understanding of and experience in change management
  • Expertise in leading, influencing and building relationships across the organization at all levels is critical
