Our Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) department is recruiting a Business Analyst.


Who is Sales Force Effectiveness?


SFE is the team who is dedicated to support our sales people to drive performance and step-change execution to reach CCEP ambitions outlet-by-outlet.

We are constantly challenging the status quo, looking for the most efficient ways of working and designing how the future will look like. Therefor we aim to build the right organizations, define the right processes and develop the right capabilities.


We consist in 2 different teams: RED (Right Execution Daily) and Business Development.


The RED managers are dedicated to specific channels (Home, Cold, At Work, WHS). They are constantly connected with the management of Field Sales as well as the frontline in order to identify and capture all opportunities to operate their day-to-day job the most efficient way while challenging the performance, support action planning and priority definition.


The Business Development managers are working on the projects that will aim to drive performance and efficiency on the long-term (often digitally enabled). Together with a multi-functional team, they define the needs, coordinate the development of the solution and are accountable for the implementation plan.

Objectives of the SFE Business Analyst

To support these 2 teams the SFE Business Analyst will perform regular and ad-hoc analyses,

for example :

  • To get relevant insights to advise the teams over their performance (availabilities of CCEP products, implementation of the acceleration plans, weekly updates of the incentive schemes, …)
  • To build the business cases that support the approval of the projects ran by the Business Development team
  • To evaluate the results of the projects in their test phase
  • To translate the yearly targets of incremental availabilities, displays, shelf-share, … set by channel into SMART objectives by Sales Rep

In addition, the SFE Business Analyst will be regularly accountable for specific projects (short-term, quick-wins oriented).

To perform her/his assignments, the Business Analyst will :

  • Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
  • Analyze and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating specifications, instructions and flowcharts
  • Evaluate key performance indicators and recommend business plan updates
  • Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects, including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data from project requirements documentation to design and execution

Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, economics or mathematics,
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing and analyzing abundant information with accuracy
  • Advanced use of analytics tools (such as Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, …)
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities
  • Highly accountable with an entrepreneurial mindset and an innovative approach to business planning
  • Great verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Real team player
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French
