2023 Sales Degree Apprenticeship Programme

Role Location: Bromley

Please be aware for this role we will be holding an Assessment day on 30th January 2023. Please ensure you’re able to attend on this day if you wish to be considered.

If successful on the assessment day, there will be a 2nd stage you will need to attend on 6th February, where you will spend time in trade with the hiring manager.

If you have a passion for sales, then gaining a degree within our field sales team may be the perfect move for you. You will work alongside our highly skilled team members and gain an insight into the world of Coca-Cola products. You will also be rewarded with a degree without any of the debt!

The opportunity

At CCEP, we strive to the best in our market.  Our Sales degree apprenticeship programme allows you to do just that by learning on the job to gain your qualification, working with our customers, and driving the success of our business on a day-to-day basis.

  • This 4-year programme will see you emersed into the world of Sales, working with our internal teams and external partners
  • Upon successful completion of the programme you will achieve a Level 6 Apprenticeship, with a Chartered Management Degree
  • Your starting salary for the programme is £18,500 with annual salary reviews each year
  • By joining our organisation, you will have access to a world of benefits – i.e. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, our flexible benefits programme and lots of other great incentives which includes a fully expensed company vehicle
  • You will be joining a world class organisation, with exceptional training and development throughout the duration of your apprenticeship

What we expect of you

We are looking for individuals who want to learn and be rewarded for hitting their targets and thrive off training and career development. Just as important – we’re looking for people who have the personality to bring our brands alive!

In each role you will work within your specific area with allocated customers. You will also work with the wider team to deliver sales targets by strengthening existing relationships and also creating new business. The customers you will be interacting with could include everything from small to large customers.

  • Full driving license of at least 6 months.
