We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Field Sales Manager in London, and the full-time role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
As a dedicated Field Sales Manager, you will guide a team of sales professionals, inspiring and coaching them to deliver on our challenging sales and distribution targets. All achieved by improving existing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst helping your team become experts in the soft drink category. The customers you and your team will be interacting with daily will vary; however, it could include everything from independent convenience stores to licensed bars, restaurants and Food To Go.

To apply for this field sales management role, you will need experience in a sales environment and significant financial and commercial awareness. Exposure to an FMCG, retail or pharma environment would also be ideal but is not essential. In addition, you should have experience in people management or coaching and the ability to motivate a customer-facing sales team to deliver outstanding results with a focus on creating a high-performing team culture. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to guide first-class customer relationships are also essential.
