What you become a part of:

Deliver Revenue growth & sales targets within an existing customer base by building internal and external customer relationships using a commercial & category based selling approach

What to expect:

  • Ownership of a territory of grocery stores, with responsibility to achieve set revenue target
  • Establish effective contact strategy with key influencers including regular meetings & quarterly reviews
  • Use commercial selling to drive long term activation in store towards a defined Picture of Success (PicOS)
  • Create selling stories and testimonials using commercial data, build Joint Business Plans with customers on revenue driving initiatives and review quarterly
  • Work in synergy with the merchandiser to build joint store and territory plans
  • To be the soft drink category expert and share category insights with your customers
  • Provide feedback on competitor activity and insights gains from stores to relevant stakeholders to enable learning and insights
  • Accurate & timely data capture through Red One of required data information across grocery stores

What we expect of you:

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships. Experience of sales or account management in an FMCG, retail or similar environment is great, however it’s not a requirement. We’re looking for ambitious candidates who want to be rewarded for hitting their targets and will thrive off the continuous coaching, training & career development we offer to ensure your on-going development.
